In just 55 minutes, Pure Barre’s guests can achieve a full-body workout that concentrates on the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, and each section of the workout is followed by stretching in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk.
