SWEAT: Yoga with Raquel

6:30PM - 7:30PM

Be your own inspiration! This 60-minute power vinyasa class will combine an intermediate-level yoga flow with a high-energy playlist, guided breathing, and opportunities for moving meditation as we sweat together. Yoga mat, towel, and water recommended.

Space is limited and tickets are required.

SWEAT classes take place Monday-Saturday from July-September. Classes are on a rotating schedule and include Pure Barre, One Nation Fitness, lululemon, and others. Classes are open to the public but registration is required.
