SWEAT: Pure Barre Classic

6:30PM - 7:30PM | Pure Barre

Rooted in their  classic technique, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective full-body workout. You’ll be guided through a series low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. Give your PB instructor 50 minutes and they’ll give you the best of barre – long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.

Space is limited and tickets are required.

SWEAT classes take place Monday-Saturday from July-September. Classes are on a rotating schedule and include Pure Barre, One Nation Fitness, lululemon, and others. Classes are open to the public but registration is required.
