DESCRIPTION:Your favorite Summer SWEAT series is back at Legacy Place. Enjoy various outdoor fitness classes all season long! \nJoin us for Bounce & Pulse every Thursday evening at 6:30pm on The Green (located in front of J.Crew). This is a co-taught full body rebounder workout with Jenn from Barre by Jenn and Natalie from Brownies & Burpees. \nThe class combines trampolines for low impact cardio training in addition to light strength training both on and off the trampoline\, leaving no muscle group untouched. Bounce & Pulse is full of shock-absorbing benefits allowing for optimal performance with no impact. This class brings the vibes with a heart pumping playlist and built in hype squad! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll levels are welcome\, and feel free to come to class a few minutes early to get acclimated to the trampolines. Everyone should bring their own yoga mat\, water and a great attitude. \nAll classes will take place on The Green\, located in front of J.Crew. In the case of inclement weather\, you will be contacted by the studio. Participants must purchase and register for classes in advance.
