The Opportunity
You will create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors can touch, feel, and purchase our women’s apparel and products for the home made from nature’s finest fibers including cashmere, linen, and organic cotton. As Visual Merchandising Lead you will deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standard, delivering an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize themselves and their space.
The hire location is Dedham, MA – onsite.

To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our retail team and lead our entry into bricks and mortar retail. If this sounds like you, we need to meet you!
This new position will report to the Store Manager.
Your Impact
- A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
- Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience.
- Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
- Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
